I pretty much told the story with yesterday’s entry, so I’m just going to post a bunch of photos today. We spent two days each on Slough Creek and the Lamar River. These are photos gathered on those days. Some of them you’ve seen before. Most of them are now in the Photoblog. You can see a larger view in the Photoblog by clicking them. Others aren’t in the Photoblog, but you can see a larger view by clicking them as well. Hope you enjoy.

Dad's big rainbow. I wish I'd framed the photo differently, but I had ideas about including the landscape and such.

I caught this cutthroat trout on the very last cast of the trip using my 9' Granger. The fish was caught on Slough Creek.

Jacqulyn captured this photo of me fighting a nice cutthroat on the Lamar River. I remember this fish. It rose so slowly and deliberately to my St. Vrain Caddis. Dad dipped it for me.

Jacqulyn grabbed this action shot of me about to land a fish on the Lamar River. You can see my Bill Ballan reel and the butt of my Phillipson rod.

Jacqulyn took this shot of me fighting a nice cutthroat on the Lamar River. This was a really nice fish, and I wanted it. The hook slipped out before I could land it.
Take care,
Nathan
